I have been posting bottles of herbs all over Australia for years now and have never had a breakage. Your parcel will have this same care and if it is a crystal, it will be wrapped in lots of bubble wrap and sent with my blessings.
Please be very clear in your mail instructions, so there is no confusion in addressing your precious parcel. I do recommend you register and insure the parcel, as I cannot take responsibility for any damage by Australia Post or couriers. Registration also ensures it reaches your door and is put into your hands on delivery, no side tracks along the way. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels stolen from the address you have given me.
The post office will only hold your parcel for a certain number of days and it is your responsibility to collect the parcel within that time frame otherwise the parcel will be returned to me. In this case, the cost of this return and reposting will be charged to you.
